GH: Are Carly and Jake heading under the covers

These two get along great and we may even see some chemistry brewing there.  He has moved on up to a deluxe room at the Metro Court, courtesy of the boss that kissed him at midnight.  Isn’t that called sexual harassment?  Anyhow, let’s be honest here people, these two have chemistry and there is already a short lived friendship there as well. 

They are both very comfortable with each other and Elizabeth is with Ric, Samantha hates him and well, Sonny and Franco are in prison so it kind of makes sense that these two would end up together.  The only question would be will it happen this week or next?

When Carly first came to town years ago, the very first person she hooked up with was Jason.  Did you notice how she told Jake about that and how she screwed it up?  If given a second chance, she would not screw it up again. I always felt that Sonny was second choice to Jason. 

Do you think Carly and Jake will end up under the covers in the near future?

B&B: Was NYE a turning Point for Ivy & Liam

They had a great New Year’s Eve together and Liam was loving on Ivy but do you think he loves her?  Liam was being very protective about Ivy being threatened by Rick.  I was hoping that Ivy was going to tell Eric and Rick was going to go after Ivy and Liam would have had to defend her but that didn’t happen.
The writers of this show sure squander good storylines.  I am not sure why they rushed right into the takeover by Rick & Maya.  They could have dragged that out a month and that would have been much more suspenseful with Rick threatening Ivy to keep her mouth shut and Liam having to defend her on top of Rick and Maya sneaking around. 

Was this all just a ridiculous dream that Maya was having because normally corporate papers have to be filed just like the minutes of corporate meetings.  All that stuff is very official and formal.  You don’t just scribble your name on a piece of paper and the world changes like that. 

So right now B&B writers would have us believe that tomorrow Ivy, Allie and Caroline get thrown out of the mansion and Rick and his mistress move in.  Make no mistake about it, she is not matriarch of his family, she is his mistress.   

Do you think this was all a dream or at the very least, Carter and Ridge fixed it so those papers are no good?

GH – Julian and Olivia and a new mini mobster baby

I just finished watching all the soaps from Friday, January 2nd and I am going to try and pop out my blogs before the night is over.  I love the expression on the face of Alexis and Ned in this moment.
This certainly was a night is mismatched people or are they mismatched?  I really think that Alexis and Ned want to be with Julian and Olivia and are just not admitting it. 

I really think that Julian and Olivia are turned on by each other and I thought the card scene was very cute.  I guess Olivia will be pregnant by Julian since we know there is really a baby on the way for Lisa LoCiero.  So there will be yet another Jerome baby born that is related to Sonny.  Granted, this baby won’t be related directly to Sonny but this baby will be Sonny’s first born son’s little baby brother or sister. 

Talk about a mid life baby since Dante is got to be nearing 30 so that makes this a very risky pregnancy on the soap. 

Other great moments on New Year’ Eve was Patrick and Samantha finally deciding to advance their relationship and then having both kids needs them.  They are going to make us wait on the union.  Anna knocking on the door after Rick and Elizabeth got done having sex was cute. 

Lucy and Duke and Anna and the FED certainly make for interesting soap watching.  Nina and Silas have been off screen and so has Morgan, Kiki and baby Jamie. Previews showed Kiki, Morgan and Ava back next week but still no Silas. 

Why did Alexis decide to spend the night with Ned?  It is only going to prove that the lack of passion she feels for Ned and the lack of passion he feels for her.  I bet it is going to be one of those, well we tried but I am just not feeling it scenes with each other after the dirty deed is done.  Will Julian and Olivia feel the same way?  Julian will finally be around for the birth of one of his kids.  

Where was FLUKE and TRACY on New Year’s Eve?  They were strangely absent from the landscape.

Y&R: Will Kelly Be with Nu Adam?

We are going back to Tuesday of this week’s episode so we can examine some of what went on right before the clock struck midnight.   

I don’t know what you think but I think that Kelly will at the very least attempt to be with Jack’s new business partner Gabriel to make Jack jealous.  Look at this photo and how Kelly is looking at Gabriel.

I think if this happens, Jack will indeed be jealous. I think Jack was quite amused with Kelly on New Year’s Eve. 

I would really like to see Kelly with someone else, someone of her own however, not someone who is already in love with someone else.  I don’t like the way Jack handled things with her at all.  He was really quite wimpy.
