GH: Maxie and her Christmas shoes

It was like something out of an old time movie. Maxie and Nathan and those beautiful sexy shoes.  It was one of the cutest couple scenes on GH in a long time.  The fact that this man remembered that she had always wanted a pair of shoes by this designer and then that he saved for almost a year to get them for her.

The way he put them on her while recovering from a gunshot wound in the hospital.  In fact he rolled a hospital room chair closer to the bed so she wouldn't have to walk too far.  Then he bent down and slipped those shoes on her feet like she was Cinderella.  It was magical.

Then Maxie stood up and kissed him and raised one foot in old fashioned cinema style to indicate she was totally taken and smitten.  ADORABLE!!

Who else thought this was one of the best Christmas Moments?

DAYS: Kayla's son makes a rare appearance at Christmas time

I don't think we have seen hide nor hair of this child in 2 years but there he was big and in color on one of Days Christmas episodes.  Little Joey is his name and anybody that has been watching 

Days for the last two years have no idea that Kayla even had a son.

Where has he been and why does she never speak of him?  Has he been with Patch and where is Patch by the way?

Did you know Kayla had a little boy?

DAYS: Bonnie & Clyde, I mean Kate and Clyde

Kate and Clyde having breakfast together.  I always think of them as Bonnie & Clyde every time I see them together and I really think that Kate really likes spending time with him.  They actually have  a lot in common.  Did you notice the jacket Kate was wearing today?

She was wearing a blue country fringed jacket.  Is Kate going country?  What do you think of Kate and her relationship with Clyde?  Do you think they make a good match or do you think that Kate is too good for him?  Are they going to have Jordan leave and have Clyde stay in Salem and make a life with Kate and his son?  

Is the coupling of Kate and Clyde growing on you or do they make you sick?

Y&R: New old new Faith - the overnight switcheroo between Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

I look at this picture and all I can think is that this little girl is really thinking, start at the beginning because I only got back on set like 10 minutes ago after being gone for a year.    It seriously bothers me that they switched the girls in the middle of Christmas between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

While I think this Faith portrays being a bratty spoiled entitled child better than the other Faith, it bothers me that the think the viewers would be cool with the switch in the middle of the holiday.

I mean okay, the other kid had a movie to shoot, well pull her out a week before Christmas and bring the other one in.  The way they did it with the other Faith at Sharon's house on Christmas Eve and then they go right into Christmas Day with this Faith back in the scene at Victor and Nikki's house and we are just supposed to go with the flow.

Was there even an announcement or anything as I don't recall seeing one.  You know how they say, "The role of Faith Newman is now being played by?"

B&B: Is Julie the perfect fit for HOPE?

When Kim first announced she was leaving the role of Hope on The Bold and the Beautiful, the show said they would not be replacing her. 

I was doubtful simply because the character of Hope plays a crucial part of the show with her Hope for the Future line at Forrester. 

When thinking about who would make a good replacement for her, the first person that came to mind for me was Julie Berman.  Julie Berman played Lulu Spencer on GH for several years.  She grew up on that show and is a very talented actress.  

On top of that, she had a very touching storyline with Scott Clifton.  They were teenage lovers who tried to be responsible but that got pregnant because of faulty condoms that Scott’s characters family was the owner of the company that manufactured the condoms.  

Scott played Dillon Quartermaine, the grandson of the great Edward Quartermaine.  Lulu decided on an abortion.  This was high drama at its best between the two of them. 

I think Julie is a natural replacement Kim.  She worked in Fashion on GH and she has chemistry with Scott.  IT IS A WIN  WIN!
